The day the crayons came home

Written by Drew Daywalt and illustrated by Oliver Jeffers

The crayons that Duncan has lost, forgotten somewhere during the holidays, left on the patio in the hot sun, thrown on the floor within reach of his dog or that he has left in his pocket and have reached the washing machine, they write him letters to demand that you rescue them from the predicament they are in. Duncan is saddened to have abandoned them and immediately goes to work to get them all back and make up for lost time.
